TS. Loc is known as a leading economist and speaker in Vietnam, an innovative politician with macro, holistic perspectives and a practical, creative approach. TS. Loc has made great contributions to promoting institutional reform, integration and improvement of the business and investment environment in Vietnam. At the same time, he is also directly involved in promoting free trade agreements, trade promotion activities, major investment at the national level, contributing to bringing many foreign investment projects into Vietnam and promoting Vietnam’s exports abroad, guide and support Vietnamese businesses and business associations for international integration.

TS. Loc has also chaired numerous forums, policy dialogues between the Government and businesses, major business summits and forums in Vietnam and abroad attended by heads of state, scientists and top CEOs. He was the Chairman of the APEC CEO Summit in 2006, 2017.
