Tat Lim is a dispute resolution practitioner based in Singapore.

He is a founding member of Maxwell Mediators, and an accredited mediator and arbitrator with many distinguished institutions.  Tat has been mediating commercial and public interest disputes for over 15 years.  He is also committed to developing future mediators, and has worked with institutions around the world to train and assess mediators and mediation advocates.

Tat is a 2017 Weinstein JAMS International Fellow, Chair of the IBA Mediation Committee Advisory Committee, Chair of the Society of Mediation Professionals (Singapore) and a board member of Singapore Mediation Centre.  He has received recognition for his dispute resolution and mediation practice in The Legal 500 and Who’s Who Legal: Mediation.
