Mr. Phung Anh Tuan is one of the few leading business lawyers in Vietnam, thoroughly trained and in-depth experience in the field of law and business for the past 25 years. He graduated from Northwestern University (Chicago, IL, USA) and currently serves as Executive Vice President & General Secretary of Vietnam Association of Financial Investors (VAFI). At the same time, he is also Secretary General of the World Federation of Honorary Consuls in Vietnam (FICAC). 

Mr. Phung Anh Tuan is a very familiar face in the consular and business community in Vietnam, having served as Honorary Consul General of Finland in Ho Chi Minh City for 11 years.
