As a former Director of the Foreign Investment Department under the Ministry of Planning and Investment, Phan Huu Thang assisted the Minister in performing the state management function of foreign direct investment activities in Vietnam and Vietnam’s direct investment activities abroad. He also develops strategies, plans, mechanisms and policies for foreign investment and outward investment; organize investment promotion activities; and guide investment procedures.
