Vy Ngo Nguyen Thao is a Lecturer at Ho Chi Minh City University of Law with extensive experience in international trade law and data protection research. She obtained her Master’s degree in International Law and a Master’s degree in Public Policy as a USAID scholar at Fulbright University Vietnam. In addition, she completed a course on economic development and technology at the Harvard Kennedy School (Harvard University) in 2022. Vy is also an author and co-author of several books published by Brill Niijhoff Publishing House and Ho Chi Minh City National University Press on various topics about international trade law and dispute settlement.
