Lương Minh Huan is the Director of the Business Development Institute at the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI). The VCCI is a national organization that represents the business community, employers, and business associations in Vietnam. It aims to promote trade and investment, support businesses in their development, and enhance economic cooperation between Vietnam and other countries. In 2021, Lương Minh Huân spoke out against increasing the minimum wage in Vietnam, stating that it could put more people out of work as employers try to cut costs to overcome difficulties caused by the pandemic
