Ms. Lu Fei is the Director of Business Development Division of CIETAC. She joined CIETAC in 2003 as a case manager. Since then, she has worked at different divisions undertaking roles from case filing and management, to business development.  

She has administered several hundred cases of various natures, both domestic and international, and has been on the Panel of Arbitrators of CIETAC since 2014.  

She is a member of the editorial committee of Arbitration and Law, the earliest professional law review on arbitration in mainland China.  And she has represented CIETAC in various international meetings including the sessions of Working Group II of UNCITRAL.  

Ms. Lu Fei is fluent in Chinese and English. She is one of translators of the Chinese version of the IBA Rules on the Taking of Evidence in International Arbitration (2010).
