Jae Hee specialises in international commercial arbitration and investment treaty arbitration. She has represented States and private clients in the automotive, energy, finance, infrastructure, pharmaceutical, private equity, and TMT sectors for arbitrations under various rules, including the HKIAC, ICC, ICSID, LCIA, SIAC, and UNCITRAL rules. She has also advised in relation to enforcing and challenging arbitral awards.
