Ms. Aastha Chawla is the Director of AAA-ICDR’s Center for Asian Records Management. She is a highly qualified Indian lawyer and holds a master’s degree in International Commercial Arbitration Law from Stockholm University of Sweden. Ms. Chawla has worked with leading law firms in India and prior to joining ICDR, she worked with the dispute resolution team at Khaitan & Co., India. In her new role as CMC Asia Director, Ms. Chawla undertakes ICDR’s business development and case management activities from the Asia Case Management Center located in Singapore.
