Tran Thi Thanh Huyen is a Partner of NHQuang&Associates. She is a trusted advisor for many multinational enterprises, foreign-invested enterprises and also domestic enterprises in various fields such as contracts, restructure, governance, labor, tax, etc. Huyen is also an excellent expert in investment, corporate and M&A transactions, according to her clients. Moreover, she is actively involved in development projects, especially projects in the field of relationship development between the public and private sectors.
Huyen graduated from Ha Noi Law University in 2004 and got her master degree from Law Faculty of Ha Noi National University in 2009. She attended the Law School of Melbourne University and Monash University as a visiting scholar in 2019.
Currently, Huyen is the Chairman of the Vietnam Business Lawyers Club (VBLC) for the third term and a mediator of Vietnam International Center for Commercial Mediation (VICMC).
