Ms. Mai has worked for the Ministry of Justice for more than 28 years, including 9 years as Deputy Director General of the Judicial Auxiliary Department. She has directly participated in the development of legal documents such as the Law on Property Auction, the Law on Lawyers, the Law on Commercial Arbitration, the Law on Notarization and legal documents under the competence of the Ministry of Justice submitted and promulgated. Ms. Mai has experience in negotiating and managing ODA projects such as DANIDA, JPP and USAID-funded projects. She has also authored several articles on labor law. In the course of her work, Ms. Mai has participated in writing and presenting on arbitration, mediation, auction, lawyers in Vietnam. She also chaired and participated in international and domestic conferences and seminars on arbitration and commercial mediation.
