Nguyen Pham The Lan is a Special Counsel of Dentons LuatViet, based in Ho Chi Minh City. Additionally, he boasts sector-specific knowledge in the energy, hospitality, and technology industries. Before joining Dentons LuatViet, he was a Partner in the Vietnam office of an American boutique law firm where Lan handled arbitration and M&A matters. Prior to that, Lan represented a leading Vietnamese industrial park developer to many foreign investors and partners on many projects throughout Vietnam. Also, Lan is renowned for being a pioneer in the eSports industry as one of the first attorneys to represent gaming talent and organizations globally. Aside from his prominent experience in the eSports industry, Lan is also at the forefront of other burgeoning industries like renewable energy, fintech, and blockchain.
