She is not only a commercial mediator co-founding VICMC, she is also a member of the Scientific Council, Vietnam International Arbitration Center (VIAC); Member of the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Association of International Law (VSIL). Currently, she is working at Foreign Trade University. She is one of the leading experts in Vietnam on International Business; Public Private Partnership (PPP) Contracts; Investor-State Dispute Resolution (ISDS). Besides, she is also an Expert of projects (B-WTO, WTO-6, USAID GIG, ADB, ITC) related to Vietnam’s participation in international conventions and international/regional FTAs. area; Experts of the International Commercial Law Training Program Project in Vietnam (Ministry of Industry and Trade – Mutrap III, IV Project) etc.
