Julie Raneda, FCIArb is Partner in our International Arbitration Group in Singapore. She is specialized in international commercial and investment arbitration and has acted as counsel in complex disputes in civil and common law jurisdictions. She is also the co-chair of the firm’s Sanction Group.

Experience

  • Has acted as counsel before international arbitral tribunals in a broad range of disputes related, among others, to construction and engineering contracts, licence and distribution agreements, international sales, as well as joint venture agreements
  • Has acted in several investment arbitrations and provided advice in relation to international investment as well as public international law
  • Has represented parties before the Swiss Supreme Court in proceedings related to challenges of arbitral awards
  • Has advised parties in matters relating to international trade sanctions and regulations
